Oh no you don't laddy...
The 32nd Regiment of foot is already a very old standing and active regiment within the community, you will have to discuss this with Col. Lance however the community rules state that only one regiment of one number/name can exist at any one time. And it is always first come first serve and since this 32nd Regiment of foot have been around for 3 years+ I think they win.
