Not sure if these are already in development, because they're all pretty small things (but still important).
1. A 'Random' button for the face editing screen. If you're making a new character, sometimes you don't want to take the time to make their face look unique.
2. A conversation option which allows you to change your mind when talking to the arena manager. Far too many times have I hastily clicked the 'watch the fight' button, only to have to sit there and actually watch the fight (or make myself a sandwich). There should be a way to change your mind.
3. An option to dump inventory on the world map. When you're loaded down with tools on your way to Turgis, and the Khergit Raiders start to follow you, it could be worth it to just throw away some things to get away.
Other than that, I think this game is awesome. Some of the other suggestions are nice, but I think that they miss the point of the game. I love deep and complex gameplay, but the beauty of Mount & Blade is it's simplicity. I think that if you were to implement some of these complex new changes, the game would lose it's appeal.
