Position in the 29th Worcestershire regiment of foot: Captain

Can you tell us why you're resigning?

I gave my time and effort to make a Regiment good, Professional, appreciated, respected, enjoyable, fun, elegant, well known, prestigious, and above all, organized.
My attempts of making the regiment better and better, were faced with discomforting criticism, each time I've disproved the criteria, because whenever I make a major decision, I ensure that I've done the research, However whenever I try to improve again, I'm faced with the same criticism (Obviously my past success in the past have no merit).

I strongly believe that I am not likable, or some people don't believe that I should' have not had the power that I managed to earn and maintain.

The main reason why I'm leaving is because Hugonaut has taken it upon himself to break the "Sovereignty" of the regiment, and has asked another regiment, from another game, for advice on how to run this regiment, that doesn't even value it's members.

Professionalism does not imply that you must yell at all your members, and make them virtually run a lap around the entire map because they did something wrong (What this other regiment does).

Regiments, or clans are free clubs, They are supposed to be made up of a group of friends, companions, and recruits are to be the new addition. We have a 16 year old + rule for a reason, Because we don't want to be companions with arrogant, and A-developed brains.

You join a regiment because you want to have fun, You join a regiment because you want to enjoy your time.
You join a professional regiment because you want to have fun by winning (And to avoid the bull****)
(Unlike the 29th on battlegrounds hugo)

Many regiments look at their "Members" as property, they think they can force them and dispatch them wherever they want, and whenever they want. The 29th is NOT that kind of regiment, Because I've worked my ass off to make it that way.

To the Officers and NCOs, This is not an army, You will treat everyone with respect, and dignity. Regiments are clubs, They join to have fun, and it's your jobs to ensure that they have fun, be it through winning, but do not treat them like objects, because they are not, and possibly have the potential to do a better job than you.


In conclusion of this massive text wall that most of you won't read (I guess that's what conclusions are for)

I'm leaving because I believe I'm unwanted.
I'm leaving because I believe that my work is unappreciated.

Anyways, I have a very long list of contacts and friends in the Mount & musket community.
So you will see me in another regiment under the name Hasan.

No I can't, I've already tried deleting it, but It said I couldn't do it (Maybe it's because I'm not a high enough level?)

And Volt, I already sent the entire post to Hugonaut through tale world's messaging. he'd have to put the post up there himself.
Since I'm a nasty mean, lying, scumbag. I don't see why I'd want to keep the post up there anyways.

Here is my reply to Hugonaut editing my post on the forum 29threg.enjin.com

After I replied to him editing my post, he banned me from the forum & took down the resignation.
I knew that would happen, so I saved it as fast as possible.

(after this it is Hugonaut)- Yes max has left. i am not a fan of lying or propaganda so i will not change any of the above. althought i do not agree with 90% of what he says (i do not mean to discredit. but my honor is at stake and the regiments). Before the 29th Max served as a Gfr. (LCpl) in the epi. before that. Sdt in the 16th (Pte) although he has served as these for several months hence disproving the 1st statement of "(Obviously my past success in the past have no merit)." I Served as a Uffz (Sgt) in the 16th a Capt. in the 12th. coincidentally with Crawford of the 2nd CS. then up to a Col. then to a Lt in the 60th Rifles. I Hugonaut have never undone the sovereignty of this regiment. unless you call asking a old friend advice. who i may add is in a regiment. Now the 2nd statement of yelling at members. I did tell max that i was trying to model this regiment after the 29th in bg2. i also may add that they have been undeafeated and are the best in the whole game. Now why would i want to model after them? I do admit that they are strict and a little bit over the top. but that is not all bad. i am not saying i want to do things as they did. its just alot of the leadership. tactics. way they work is almost exactly replicatable in MM. Now about the Rcting the people under 16. may i note that i ORDERED Max not to Rct under age players. yet he defied my order and continued to Rct. for proof go to the Rct page and look at everyone. (i never rct anyone under the age of 15 and i only rct. about 2 15 year olds.) Regiments are Clans. Clans, in laymans term are street gangs. stick together. Make alliances. and make wars, and die for eachother (virtually of course) There are also 2 types of fun in my mind. winning fun, and loosing fun. winning fun is where you are always winning and you worked for it. loosing fun is where you dont care and you just play it out and have fun. witch is completely alright. everyone who is in this regiment is here on free will. and there is no doubt to that whatsoever. its a game and its online. game=not real life. online=not in Physical contact. therefore cannot force you to be in this regiment.

Max was never unappreciated and never unwanted although several members left directly because of him. and he seemed to never be able to just obey commands. as i said before what is unnoticed is commonly something being done right. No one really knew how much effort max put into it. not even me.

(By his own rules and regulations he was viable to be dishonorably discharged do to ignoring these rules he set down himself.)

Hugo you forget to mention that your time as a high ranking officer in other regiments only lasted for an extremely short amount of time.

I was in the 16 for about 4 months, I remember that I personally recruited you to that.
After that, I left due to massive amounts of harassment by other members, and the lack that their leader didn't deal with it.

Later on I left & joined the EPI, stayed with them for about 6 months.

Further notes. I'm an ex-member of the 16th Kampfgruppe, and reached the rank of Soldat.
I've left due to a lack of disipline, and due to toleration of harrasment by other members and officers.
I've been playing mount & musket for about four months, and have been in the 16th Kampfgruppe for about 3months and 20 days (Aproximately)

Other than that, I heavily participated in aiding the officer's in the 1stEPI, I don't have to be an officer to be experienced.

I've been highly active. Not to mention hugo, the only other regiments you've lead didn't last for over a few weeks (Maybe less) And waited for me so I can assist you.

Now back to answering what I meant by previous successes, I was talking about the quick evolution of the tactics, and organization of the 29th. The massive amounts of work that I've put into it, would've never been here if I'd never have "Argued" with you, and you hated that. You hated the fact that I argued, because you were far too conservative, and never wanted to adopt anything new, or different.

No you didn't you merged a collapsing regiment into the 16th, You got Uffz instantly, and then got demoted a few days later, then you just left, before that you were are Soldat in the 16 just like me.

No, What you did is asked for advice, and showed me what that advice was, which would was "KICK HIM!"
And you were suggested that it was what you wanted.

We only agreed that it would be as professional, disciplined, and well known, not the fact that you were going to copy paste every thing.

Because they yelled at every single person who made a small mistake, and made them run a virtual lap around the map, That's not what a believe a clan is about, I believe that a clan should be an organization, a club where everyone has fun, and where the members aren't slaves of whomever leads it.

It was specified that there would be exceptions, And since I Co-owned the regiment Hugo, I was able to make these exceptions.

Right, and in your opinion, to be able to achieve "Winning fun" you must be a super strict and ruthless regiment that follows the leader to the letter without question, regarding tactics ect ect.

As I've stated earlier, Professionalism, and being able to win, has nothing to do with discipline, I often had people telling me "Sorry I didn't show up", or "Sorry I performed badly in the linebattle" , "Sorry this and that" regarding in game things (Although, People who've sent me these things are very kind & honest people, and I can't really blame them for being polite)

In my opinion that was utter bull**** that this is what goes in people's heads when we're not even that strict compared to others. those super strict regiments have a very low amount of people, are hated by everyone in the community, and don't get a high amount of recruits.

I've built this regiment up to a point where it can take care of itself without me.
You've said that you're not a fan of lying or propaganda Hugonaut, Yet you've been lying to people over teamspeak & on your reply to my resignation, stating that I've lied.

Unlike you I'm not a hypocrite,

Propaganda is a form of communication that is aimed at influencing the attitude of a community toward some cause or position.

What you did is put a very badly thought out response, where you refused to provide the full extent of the information, although you didn't lie, You provided only so little information that It made ME look like liar.

The only reason I'm responding is because I won't allow you to destroy my reputation, neither will allow you to harm people's perspective of me through half baked information.

I didn't post anything up against you or the 29th in my resignation. But you thought it was bad, and the proof of it, is that hasty and badly written response.
