Announcing the 1tes Westfälisches Infanterie Regiment!​

Coming next week, we will be combining with the Zedtlar to form the 1tes Westfälisches Infanterie Regiment. We will combine to form three or four platoons, and update the server.  Furthermore, we will most likely be welcoming the 1st West Prussian Infantry Regiment to our TeamSpeak and Events.

With this coming change in regiments, we will have a new system of drill, and openings for Officers and NCOs.  The success and growth of this regiment will depend on the motivation and competence of its leadership.  As such, we will be working closely with the newly chosen Officers, as well as with any aspiring Officers and NCO's.

We are well on our way to forming an authentic battalion.  I've been quite impressed with our new recruits, and old veterans alike ; within only a few weeks, we are already beginning to display a level of professionalism and competence in maneuver exhibited in few other regiments.  However, it is important to realize that the tactics and organization we practice are meant to operate on a much larger scale.  It is not until we continue to grow and begin operating as a legitimate battalion that they will truly benefit us, and set us apart on the field.  I would like to remind you all that we are aiming to do something few in the community have ever before imagined, and none have yet seen.  We have small and solid base now, and I have the utmost confidence in everyone here, and the future of this regiment.

Promotions.​

The following recruits have displayed excellence in performing everything required of a full-fledged, and professional soldier, and have therefore been promoted into the ranks.

I'm reading a book by an Officer in the 27th and apparently the 27th Captured a Fusilier of the 27e and he was left with very few buttons on his coat by the amount of men in the 27th Wanting to own a French "27th" button!!!

Legit, not that we make much money haha. Local bands are lucky to get paid 30 bucks for shows around here.

Well, we don't really play well known music haha. I mean if we played something like folk rock we could pull in around 500 a gig but we all really love what we play and the crowd that goes along with it.

That siege was pretty awesome.

We're working away on the new Regiment. On that list of things, we'll have a new thread, a new team speak server, forums, a website, and a complete manual containing battalion manoeuvres!

We have a line battle tonight, to which I'd like to also invite the Zedtlar.  If all works out, this may be our last line battle as the 27e, as we are looking to launch this weekend.
