The 26th Jager Skirmishers Are Now Recruiting

The 26th Jager Skirmishers are a famous russian jager regiment from the Napoleonic Wars. In honor of them, we name our skirmisher infantry regiment after them. We will maily be fighting battles as a line or skirmishers. Every once and a while we will be going into big 100 some people battles. When that happens we will either be infantry or lancer calvery. In big siege battles we will also have 2 men as artillary or sappeurs.
RECRUITMENT
We will have many units you can choose from:
Infantry: This group will acting as both line infantry (fighting battles in a single or double line) and skirmishers (using cover and crouching, trying not get hit while hitting back). It depends on the type of battle for which infantry we will be.
Calvery: This group will usually be lancer calvery (running around on horseback looking for easy prey) or less likely will be dragoons (men on horseback with rifles (dragoons will only be used for infantry on horseback). Again, it depends on the type of battle we will be fighting for which calvery we use. CALVERY WILL ONLY BE USED ON AN OPEN MAP.
Artillary/Sappeurs: This group will only be used in siege battles. If we are attacking we will have artillary (2 man team). If we are defending we will have sappeurs (1 man team) and artillary (2 man team, only used if defenses include artillary).
Again, It depends on the type of battle for what we will use. That means anyone could be anything. Someone who is infantry can also be artillary or clavery. You can tell me what you would and wouldn't like to be, and i will assign you appropriately.

RANKS
All units will start out as a private. After the first training, i will decide who gets to be a lieutenant, and who gets to be a captain. Here is nore in dpeth info:
COLONEL (col): The highest rank, the leader of the regiment, that spot is mine, Jimnesss.
MAJOR (maj): The second highest rank, he will be handpicked from the colonel, only given to the one with the most leadership (1 person).
CAPTAIN (cap):The third highest rank, he will be handpicked from the colonel, only given to the ones with a lot of leadership (2 people).
