2 quick questions

Recently started my own kingdom by Talking to Lady Isolla of Suno and immediatelly dumping her

1) Cannot rename my kingdom from Swadian Rebels. There's no option to rename in the camp menu. I thought maybe it is to do with the fact that there's Swadian Kingdom but now Swadia is no more. Is this a bug or a penalty for a taking a shortcut?

2) I have 100 reputation with a number of Swadian Counts who stayed with King Harlaus untill the last day and also have around 10 unassigned villages/castles and yet they defect to Vaegirs/Nords/Sarranids but not me. Is this a bug? Other lords from other factions or Swadians prior to the faction elimination defected to me without any problem

1 sounds like a bug, it should be in your camp menu under take an action.
2 is normal as far as I know, you're the enemy, even if they like you it'd just look bad to join you as soon as you beat their king.

I agree with Hannibal. The first item is a bug from rebelling from a claimant's faction before finishing off their opponent.

The second issue revolves around the fact your faction's relation to their faction will factor heavily into the defection choice.

Since you were at war with Harlaus (and his kingdom was destroyed while you were at war with him), they still have a negative faction relation with you and can't defect to you.

If you had made peace with Harlaus and another kingdom finished them off, they would have probably all flocked to you.

But Klargus defected to Nords who were also at war with Swadia - not sure what the relationship between King Ragnar and Swadia was but hardly positive

Was that after several other Swadians went Nord?

No he is the only ex-Swadian Nord at the moment

I did exactly the same thing, dumped Isolla and had no trouble renaming my kingdom. No idea why you have that issue.

As far as the lords go, maybe the other kingdoms have some unassigned fiefs too?
