Need More Info 2 different kinds of crashing

Summary: recently my game has been crashing 2 different ways. 1st one is it just freezes, mouse can move for a bit but then that also freezes and PC won't respond till I do a hard reset.
2nd one is when I am smelting sometimes it just sends my PC into a coma "display goes to sleep but won't wake up" I can hear the fans working at the same speed and the lights are on but it still requires a hard reset.
How to Reproduce:1st is seemingly at random but mostly during fights. 2nd is whenever I am smelting regardless of city
Have you used cheats and if so which: none this run
