Does anyone not understand? I didn't recruit ANYONE, they offered their services, I  was banned for being accused of stealing, yet, I didn't steal any men.
Jeffrey joined us.
Do not jump to conclusions when too soon to tell the out come of a conflict, Thank you.

Okay a few notes on ranks. The rank of General is completely unnecessary for a regiment.
The Field Officer ranks are Colonel,Lieutenant Colonel and Major.
The Company officer ranks are Captain,Lieutenant and Ensign. The latter two are regarded as subalterns.

You missed out the rank of Colour Sergeant. Lance Corporal is below Corporal.

If you want another two ranks then you could use Lieutenant Captain and Lance Sergeant.
Oh and Britain did not use conscripts in this war. I won't mention the many private ranks because it's obvious even to me they aren't meant to be historical  but perhaps use more individual names like Veteran,Guard,Fusilier etc. Have a look at the 51st thread for ideas.

Nevertheless,good luck.

I know all this, me and the General are never in touch so he's put all the wrong ranks on there
