You have to make sure you have joined the site first..... ( you prob. have already figured this out )

Unfortunately, I have no idea why the application wouldn't show up for ya...  Maybe there's some finalization thing you need to do to complete your registration to the site.  The last time I submitted an app was last June, so I don't remember what I had to do. 

That being said, there are plenty of people applying to the site just fine.  If you're still interested, let us know and we can figure some way around it.
