Hey Nick. I'm with Millander. You need to clean up your thread. Cut down on the images and toss out all the references to the name of your old regiment. If you are the 18e then say it and don't mention the 16e. Use some spoilers and nice spacers and I'll say it one more time, cut down on the images. Get things centered and remove huge fonted links, they don't look to good. Some tips for you.
