Looks good, but neither the Horse Grenadiers nor the Empress' Dragoons wore their dress coats on campaign. That was strictly prohibited.

No, they wore the simpler coats at all times except full-dress occasions. On campaigns the nice coats were either left at the depots or carried in the wagons in case a full-dress event came up on campaign.

if i am not mistaken these are the guys that fought the horse grenadiers of

The first few pics are of regular cuirassiers, the latter ones are of the Chevalier-Gardes, who indeed fought the French Imperial Guard cavalry at Austerlitz.
