17 Horses

King Whatsisname has quested me to bring him 17 Sumpter horses. What am I supposed to do once I get 17 horses. I can only carry 9 at a time so where do I put the first 9 while I am hunting the next 8?

Do they have to be exactly "Sumpter" horses? Will heavy Sumpter or lame Sumpter horses do?

Any kind of sumpter horse will do - even swaybacked or lame - thre's no need to be picky...

You must have them all in your inventory when you go back to finish the quest. IF ou don't have enough room, this means you'll have to improve yout inventory management skill (2 should give you enough space)

As a temporary storage, you can use the storage chest in the happy boar tavern - i never tryed it with horses but logically it should work (the chest is on your right when you enter, some versions/mods don't have it)

Yeah, you can't store them in the chest, but either it should be fixed so you can, or you should be able to store them at the stable or something.

Wouldn't matter because you have to take them all at one time.

You could clear out the inventory slots you need for all the horses, go to the stable in Zendar where you have been keeping the horses and then run them all at once to where they need to go. That would be better then driving ten horses all over the countryside while you are collecting the rest. Anyway it isn't a big issue for me since I seem to pick them up fairly quick.
