The exact reason MaHuD to why I shouldn't bother. There isn't a mix in this community. You are either really competative, screamy, roleplaying type player or you are a regiment/clan that doesn't go any where.

Time and time again, I come back to Mount and Musket, this time I wanted to see how I could manage a simple skirmish regiment. Turns out 4/5 of the regiment are screamers, players who are barely teenagers and have a mind of a 8 year old... I just want to play with matured players who actually do give a crap about doing well, however are not so serious about being the best. Theres infact no "Harmony" or "togetherness" when all that players care about is trying to get a better rank...

52nd has no ranking in it ... anymore that is, just someone to lead the regiment (Me and crusader run it atm) with about 10 ish casual players who like to be good in line battles but there is not that great a deal of seriousness or rp in our talk, the regiment chatter on our private ts is more than leaniant during a line battle, if people want to winge about kills or deaths they can, we have very enjoyable evenings playing the line battles we attend ... so not all regiments are as taut as those who take it too seriously.

Just so you know the 52nds been around since about ... I beleive just after the waterloo event, I joined at the wavre event anyway, its always tried to be quite relaxed in game play, and its all about having fun, afterall if your not having fun from a game its not worth playing.
