100 hours of Captain mode - Here's my general feedback and suggestions for multiplayer

Hello,

I've been playing multiplayer (Captainmode almost exclusively) for the past months and wrote down the things I noticed and that should be changed. Also I wrote down suggestions and nice-to-have features for the furute.

Features/Fixes:

- Votekick
- Pingmarker
- Let AI mount available horses
- Let us retreat while facing in a certain direction (retreating with a shieldwall against archers is kind of impossible without them turning their vulnerable and unprotected side towards the hail of arrows)
- Holding formation on small ground doesn't always work
- Archers behind other archers don't shoot instead of moving to the side
- War Cry
- Surrender Emote
- Unique look (I'd like commanders / players to be recognizable)
- Advance command broken (don't advance to flag, should do that - troops basically go where they want)
- Elo system or show stats of players
- Change equipment for next round in spectator mode after death
- Let troops automatically follow you at the start of the match
- Skillsystem
- Shieldbash should stagger
- Fix lances, unreliable

Balancing:

(I had stuff like the menavlion etc.here but they did a really good job optimizing the balance)

- Buff Aserais ground troops (except the guards)
 
I think this will make a difference and can improve experience, especially for arcade newcomers who are not quite oriented

Personally I like that you can't visually tell the difference between players and their troops because it means you have to hunt them out by observing their behaviour which feels a lot cooler.
 
The thing I never liked about Captain and the reason that I stopped playing it is that it is unpredictable.
When you are choosing your unit, you make a major decision, but you have hardly an information on which you can base it.
In theory each team should pick a balanced army, but these can be weak to a stack of an other unit type.
You can't predict when that happens because money isn't an issue like in Skirmish or for example CS:GO.
