Its old info thoHuh.... How and why did i missed that? did they updated the "why Early Access" page recently? im pretty certain that they said weapon crafting WILL be in the game... might be wrong....
This, I don't understand the fuss about weapon crafting when you can just loot weapons from the start. It is just a bonus feature that your character won't afford until the mid-game probablyIs weapon crafting really that big a deal that we cannot play without it? Use the early EA to find what weapons and looks you like and then just craft away when it comes out. As for 10 years of development a lot of that was certainly the building of an entirely new engine - that takes a lot of time, there are more important things to focus on, and we're still ~a year away from it actually being complete. You're going to be able to choose to help the team improve the game through feedback to create the best game that can be made, or wait until full release.
Maybe watch the patchnotes and wait til that function is in the EA. You don't have to be there day one - that's been TW's stance since they announced EA.
What the hell ? They presented it in the 30 mn gameplay 3 years ago and it seemed totally fine, how the hell is this feature not ready for the EA ?
Seems like the kind of feature that can be implemented in the game in a week.
So basically we are paying for an Alpha of the game lmfao, NOT early access. Nice one taleworlds, can't wait to kill peasants all day in the sandbox without having a kingdom and effectively conquer the map. what a joke
Early access, also known as early funding, alpha-access, alpha founding, or paid-alpha, is a funding model in the video game industry by which consumers can purchase and play a game in the various pre-release development cycles, such as pre-alpha, alpha, and/or beta, while the developer is able to use those funds to continue further development on the game. Those that pay to participate typically help to debug the game, provide feedback and suggestions, and may have access to special materials in the game. The early-access approach is a common way to obtain funding for indie games, and may also be used along with other funding mechanisms, including crowdfunding. Many crowdfunding projects promise to offer access to alpha and/or beta versions of the game as development progresses; however, unlike some of these projects which solicit funds but do not yet have a playable game, all early access games offer an immediately playable version of the unfinished game to players.

There would be literally no point in that, EA is here for us to act as testers to see if every mechanic works well. It's in their interest to add as much as possible in the EA so that they can know, before the full release, if everything works fine. You can assume that every feature not included in the EA is currently unfinished. Also nowhere does it say that weapon crafting is an unfinished feature. They may be keeping it for full release.
They may add it later to EA. It’s not a core mechanic that needs attention from the get-go.There would be literally no point in that, EA is here for us to act as testers to see if every mechanic works well. Hi Callum, Multiplayer gaming magazine's channel made a video about EA, they have stated that marriage is one of the features that will not be included in EA. I checked Bannerlord's steam page to see if marriage is excluded, but couldn't see a such thing. Would you say that marriage and child system will be in the game in day-1 at EA, or would it be introduced later in EA/Full release?Weapon crafting is currently being reworked. It will be reintroduced at some point during EA.
