Does it make sense to try to complete this quest in 10 years, or is this quest not yet completed?

I can just say for myself it is unrealistic to finish it in 10 years (espesially because one year hasn't 365 day) and in an recent patch note (1.0.11 https://steamdb.info/patchnotes/4892567/) you should have endless time
