Need More Info (1.9) Lord wants noble captured quest crashes when turning in the noble

Summary:
A Vlandian lord issued me a quest to capture the clan head of the Jawwal minor clan and when I enter Pravend owned by the lord to turn him in, the dialogue with the guard opens. After navigating to the option to turn him in or release him I choose to turn him over and upon pressing the button the game immediately crashes.
How to Reproduce:
Capture a minor clan member for the quest (might need to be clan head?), enter a city that the lord owns, attempt to turn over the captured noble.
Have you used cheats and if so which:
No cheats have been used.

Hey, please try to reproduce the issue on a new campaign after manually removing all the mod files and verifying the integrity of the game files. If the issue is persistent please let me know.
