how long have to wait after fail to persuade lord to join kingdom?
I googled it, some said 1 week, but I waited more than one week time in game but still the lords wont start conversation to persuade to join my kingdom?

Are you still at war with that kingdom? You might need to be at peace to recruit them.

And my advice take over every fief before you recruit them. It will save you a lot of money.

you can talk to them when they are in your prison, more - if they own anything, they bring it to your kingdom, while in peace time they leave it and come bold...
