Resolved 1.8.0 Governor of the town travels all over Calradia.

Summary:A companion assigned as a governor is not in a town he should govern. Same goes for companions which were assigned as emmisaries, they all over Calradia and do not stay at the assigned town.

Had this issue since 1.7.2. and now 1.8.0. too. I thought my governors were going on diplomatic visits or something, but it turns out they were just shirking their duties and getting drunk in taverns all over Calradia.

Sounds reasonable. Governor on my country/state does that a lot.
