Summary: When you are rearranging the unit order or transferring units/prisoners, the unit list will sometimes randomly scroll up/down, making the player lose track of where they were in the list. It doesnt always happen, I'd estimate that it happens 20-40% of the time. Occasionally it will also expand another unit's card (where it allows you to split the quantity of that unit)
How to Reproduce:
1a. Rearrange unit order by picking up a unit card and moving it up or down the party list
1b. or transfer units from party to garrison and vice versa, also works with prisoners
2. Occasionally the list will scroll by itself right after you do step 1, and not necessarily to focus on the unit you just moved, it will sometimes center on a random place in the list
