Summary: Lords sometimes gather armies when there are no current wars. This makes them lose their influence + food for no particular reason.
How to Reproduce: IDK, they simply gather armies sometimes.

I always looked at this as 'military exercises' and thought nothing of it, but it could be a bug.

Military exercises are alright as long as they don't force lords lose their influence points and food
