Resolved [1.7.0] Spy Among Us Impossible

Summary: No townspeople have relevant dialog options to identify the spy in the "Spy Among Us" quest.
How to Reproduce: After accepting "the spy among us", walk around the town or enter the tavern. Dialogue with NPCs does not lead to options where the player can ask about the spy. Additonally, the "contender"s no longer spawn in town.

There was nothing to fix; I failed to notice that the spy was supposed to be in a different town than the one I got the quest in.

The quest says the spy is in Dhirim for me. Where did it tell you the spy was and where did you have to going?
