In Progress [1.6 Beta] "Village needs grain" quest not giving relation when completed! [.sav]

Summary: I tried 2 different "village needs grain" quests and they take the grain but relations don't raise. I see this bug reported on much older version, but it's supposed to have been fixed.
How to Reproduce: Load the .sav below and finish the quest at the village the MC is at. Note that the relations are zero and remain zero after the quest is done.

I did my first grain quest and I didn't get relation as well. Fresh save and everything

Yup, I'll have to confirm that this quest is definitely bugged. There's 0 rewards in any form.

I found another thread of this saying this was resolved, but...I'm wondering if the resolution bugged completion of the quest totally/

http://prntscr.com/26bynrd I took this quest and assigned it to Kanizat the Spicevendor, who it said had no chance of failure. You'll note this printout states it was taken 28 days ago.

You'll note that the first printout moved the quest to the 'Old Quests' section and it has an 'X' on it, which I believe is supposed to indicate failure. I checked on the quest around the eleventh day because I wasn't sure when it was supposed to conclude and at that time it was already in the Old Quests section. I don't believe I ever received any sort of notification on this quest after taking it.
