Resolved 1.6.2 Landowner Needs Manual Laborers Bugs

Summary: Talking to Bredan of Beglomaur with Landowner Needs Manual Laborers partially completed will not allow further prisoners to be donated, but it appears troops can?! Visiting him allows prisoners to be donated.
How to Reproduce: Load my save ("David 1.sav" uploaded at the same time of this post), which has been sent on the http://upload.taleworlds.com:8080/ service. Go to speak to Bredan of Beglomaur and Talk to him (not visit). "About the task you game me" -> "Yes, I have brought you a few men".
Have you used cheats and if so which: No, vanilla 1.6.2

(there is a break in the video as I did not think to try visiting until minutes later, so I put a cut in)

Note, this requires 36 men, I had already dropped off 30 which I think was by Talk, not Visit. However when going back, I cannot see my prisoners, and there is a strange string in his conversation. But then going to visit him is fine.

Do you have a save file when this quest is active? If you could capture a video that would be also great as well.
