Summary: The quest "Gang leader needs weapons" has been broken since the very early version of the game. I've been trying to draw some attention to it, but nobody cared. This is my attempt № 9000 to draw the devs attention to the fact that whenever I see a "Gang leader needs weapons" quest, I know for sure that they will need One handed axes and nothing else. What happened?? They used to need sorta different weapons back then, weren't they? Like crossbows and other stuff. Now they ALWAYS need only one handed axes. Is it intentional?
How to Reproduce: Simple: find a quest "Gang leader needs weapons" and check what does the gang leader need. My bet is on One handed axes. Check ten more of such quests and they'll all need One handed axes.
