In Progress 1.6.0 Crash when loading save

Summary: My game crashes when reloading my save.
How to Reproduce: It seems to happen specifically after taking one of the 'Rival Gangs Moving In..." quests in Omor. I fail it and reload to try again (more fool me), and it crashes while loading the save.
Have you used cheats and if so which: No cheats used.
