Resolved 1.5 BETA Quest: Family Fued, Repeatable

Village of Aloesa which I am the "Magistrate" of, I go do the Family Feud quest and I use that Magistrate option (instead of leading the kid there to resolve it) and I just keep teleporting back to town instead of leaving. Holding tab teleports me back to town. Leaving the edge of map teleports me back to the same spot. Only way to leave is to exit game and reload prior save.

Looked for known bug and couldn't find it.

This is repeatable (as in I can reload and keeps doing it). I can provide save upon request.
