Is your GPU drivers up to date?
Those are from January. Although I did not encounter the problem with previous versions of Bannerlord using the same drivers.
Have you tried validating your game files?
Yes, also deleted the shaders and downloaded them again. Curiously this happens only with one texture, as you can see there are other textures without the error.

Aare they still looks the same even if you change your overall graphics settings?
Which settings specifically? The Anti-Aliasing or which settings do you mean?
Overall High-Medium-Low settings.

I could not reproduce the issue on any setting. Tried low, medium, high, and very high.
