In Progress 1.5.9 Bound Crossbow not showing up as merchandise

Summary: Bound Crossbow not showing up at vendors/stores

How to Reproduce: Play a clan up to tier 6 and the best crossbow in the game never shows up in stores.

Have you used cheats and if so which:
Scene Name (if related): None

Media (Screenshots & Video): None as it does not show up in game.

Note: This has been an issue for a long time and has been reported in the past. This is the best crossbow in the game and players don't have access to it. My guess is that the Bound Crossbow is not flagged as merchandise. Please look at this as it will be a simple fix.

The id for the bound crossbow is (crossbow_f) and it should show up at tier 5 according to the game files, but for some reason it don't.
