Resolved [1.5.7 beta] Caravan keeps changing destination in "Escort Caravan" quest.

No, I didn't use any mods.
I have met ridiculous case of changing targets of the caravan travel in Escort caravan quest. I was in some Vlandian city (idk which one, on the coast), then I picked up quest to escort caravan. Initially, it was going to Sargot, but then it changed destination to Diathma (halfway across the map). Ok, I followed. Near this new target it got scared of looters, took u turn and changed target to Saneopea. When it was just outside it's walls, caravan again changed target to Diathma (!), additionally being ambushed by looters (I couldn't keep up with it, so I was a little behind). The best part is that it should have been one city trip, instead we almost visited three.
It is quite problematic, because I guess that targets for escort quest are planned based on giver's location. But this bug makes targets out of any city it can get on a map.

I have uploaded save where I have active quest, where caravan changes destination. Also, it keeps running out from noble of the Hand, which I am not at war with, and cannot support it.
 
I have been informed that this is not a bug and it works as intended. It's because the Caravan AI is constantly making changes. The mission is designed in such a way that the longer the caravan is followed and guarded, the more money will be earned.
 
Okay, but it is not being signaled to palyer if they make change. They just do, and then it appears in the quest log, no single info displayed (I mean those messages that appear in the top of the screen). The unusally frequent occurence is caravan changing destination seconds after leaving city, not informing player.
