Resolved [1.5.7 Beta] AI prioritizes getting to a destination over killing passing enemies.

No, I didn't use any mods.
This leads to things where an AI might try to pursue for a few steps and then change their mind, ignoring enemies entirely sometimes, getting killed because it only focuses on a single enemy as it passes by others, or just taking a swing or two on the way to their destination.


as A suggestion maybe they AI should fight what they are facing or retreat for backup or something but that is a suggestion. distinctly separate from the weird AI behavior that I am showing off here.
