No, I didn't use any mods.
I was posted in 1.5.6 already, 1 community supporter answered me and said "I informed devs about the issue" but this problem still exist. Helmets' visors are above to character's eyes. Here is NORMAL: ( https://prnt.sc/yenpie , https://prnt.sc/yenoss ) NOT NORMAL: ( https://prnt.sc/yenlxg , https://prnt.sc/yent45 ) Problem is not exist 1.5.5 and before. I hope you fix this this quickly.
Same here. Feels bad trying to come back to play after 6 months and discovering almost all the helmets are above their eyes... and i dont want to talk about the new models of all the units in the encyclopedia, specially the 3rd tier of sturgian soldier. The horror...

Okay, I will look 1 by 1 to helmets with cheat and write here all of them. Because that bug so annoying I can't play the game with it.
 
I checked it. I can't write them all here because it's a lot. I think all helmets have the problem. Some of them look normal because they don't have visors (I'll leave Screeshots about what I'm trying to say). I think you should lift up all helmets. This issue occurred after the 1.5.6 update. 1.5.5 and earlier is normal, so maybe you should check between 1.5.5 - 1.5.6 what is causing the problem. Screenshots of the first comment are from 1.5.5 (normal) and 1.5.6 (not normal).
 
These are the ones with visors. ( https://prnt.sc/yp6tqd ) , (https://prnt.sc/yp6t1k ) , ( https://prnt.sc/yp6ol6 ) They don't look normal because their visors are long so they cover character's eyes. I think this is not about the this or that helmet. All of them taken under.
But some look normal, here: ( https://prnt.sc/yp6phr ) Because visor is not long.
And here the difference seems obvious: 1.5.5 ( https://prnt.sc/yp6vxw ) / 1.5.6 - 1.5.7 - 1.5.8 ( https://prnt.sc/yp6y3q )
Finally, looking from sides also different between 1.5.5 and 1.5.6 - 1.5.7 - 1.5.8. Here: ( https://prnt.sc/yp9sr1 NORMAL ) ( https://prnt.sc/yp9qsu NOT NORMAL ). You can look the face and diffirence of helmet. I explained everything I could. I hope this helps.

I uploaded old save too. You can compare now. "Save1" is new and bugged version. "Save2" is old and normal version. But when running "Save2" in newer versions it crashes and of course helmets are bugging. You should run "Save2" in 1.5.5.
And "Save1" crashes in 1.5.8. So run it in 1.5.7.
 
I have been informed that this issue is fixed on our development branch and the fix will be implemented with the upcoming patches. Thanks for reporting!
 
I want to ask something: Today a hotfix shared. I updated the game and checked this issue. It looks same. But there was no info about the issue in patch notes. So I want to ask: Is this version fixed version or fix will be implemented later?
 
Hello, it takes time to implement the changes and fixes to the main branch. It could take multiple updates for a fix to be implemented. Sorry for the inconvenience.

All helmets are fixed. Except I sent xD. It is still same. From the screenshots from first comment. That's current name is "Ridged Warlord Helmet". Please check it in game.
 
I've been informed that this bug is fixed and will be sent to the game with the latest hotfix. Can you check if you still experience this issue? I've gone forwarded and marked the topic as resolved unless you state otherwise.
