Resolved [1.5.6] War with the Neutral after intercept the conspiracy caravan quest

The first time I did the conspiracy quest "Intercept the caravan", as soon as I started the fight with the caravan I saw:

"<My character> has declared war on the Neutral"

and I lose influence as if I had declared war.

I'm not sure if this is related to me starting my own kingdom for this playthrough.

I uploaded "Sevelar 21.sav".

This only happened the first time I did that quest which was a while ago, so I've recovered the influence already.

This is still happening. I confronted the conspiracy caravan in 1.5.10 and it automatically declared then undeclared war on my vassal faction, bringing me down to -500 influence.
