Resolved [1.5.6] Empire items missing name, missing cape, changed sort order

Some Empire shoulders are missing the item name

The cape part of the cape shoulders is also missing, or is this a new shoulder armor without the cape?

Btw. it seems that the sort by type order also got changed. Shouldn't the items be sorted by name after getting sorted by type?
