Resolved [1.5.4] Game crash after "Save & Exit"

The game crashes in some instances with the following error message after "Save & Exit" of my current campaign:

AFAIK this only happens with this campaign (newly started with 1.5.4) and this was introduced by the latest hotfix.

Does this cause anything harmful, anyway? Happens to me, too, after the hotfix, but it doesn't seem to incur anything negative.

As far as I could discern it does not do any harm. But it is still annoying and could do something in the future, depending on the code.

For me, this error deletes the last save, repeteadly, but this may happen because of installed mods.
