Yes this should be addressed quickly, I missed votes before I figured it out and if you dont close attention you still miss them

I don't receive war notification either.

Man those 1.5.x series are a bunch of terrible updates, each time they "introduce" something it's to completely break the game and make it unplayable ... Can you do less updates and polish them a bit, and test them? Seriously ... If it's to have one each week that break the game i do prefer having them less often ...

Hit escape, then go to gameplay options and scroll down to notification and check it, not sure why Taleworlds felt it was necessary to start a new option with it turned off

Well for me it's not in gameplay but in campaign options. And yes it should be on by default, what a terrible idea.
