Resolved 1.5.10 Short Bow Requirement too High

Summary: If I make a character/hero that only starts with 10 bow skill, I no longer can use a bow? Was this intended? Do I need to put an archer wanderer hero and have them bleed bow skill to me now?
How to Reproduce: Make a hero with low bow skill to start. Get good with a lace I suppose.

Please close, the cities around you start with a sinple short bow that requires 30 skill but I found some steppe bows and hunting bows that have lower requirement elsewhere.

Oh no, no closing , this one goes on the fridge next to wear a posted a video of how I couldn't catch the looters and it was because I had pressed ALT.

I've been informed that this is not a bug but a design decision. Only Mountain Hunting Bow, Hunting Bow and Steppe Bow weapons don't have any skill requirements on early game.
