Resolved [1.5.10 Beta] Daily wage gets paid every time I load the game

Summary: Save the game, load the game, move on the map proc the daily wage to be paid, save the game, load the game, move on the map, it is paid again. I know this bug existed in past, but was fixed. Sad to see it back.
How to Reproduce: Save the game, load the game, move on the map proc the daily wage to be paid, save the game, load the game, move on the map, it is paid again.
Here is my save game I just tested it multiple times.

*My daily wage is -1.8K because it early game and I have no + passive income, so it's easy to notice. I am loading from the in game load option, in case it matters.

I'm leaning toward that since its this long that its been reported and its not resolved and they havent gotten an answer back from Q&A that this is kind of a design feature, imo most likely to prevent or "tax" savescumming.
You want to reload cause you lost that fight huh, well here's your bill

Well and this post was made in May, and yet not much feedback, from something that should be a simple thing to fix per se since its as you said fixed before.
Thats why I'm leaning towards it one of those designchoices(that we the players not directly want etc).(Example life & death changes, I hate it with a passion, as I feel too often the lords die in the field(meaning if you are in alot of battles in a row and win, you can have decimated entire clans of a faction, that they sort of never recover from(well ok to some degree perhaps in 20 yrs?).

But in the end though, you did see the smiley face I had in my post, I was overall trying to be humorous, as my "feel/thougths" about the lack of communication and or fix was a subtle attempt at being somewhat "ligthtoned".(This is prolly bad english, but its not my native ) on the topic.

I personally would like to see the fix being put back in place again.

I think another designdecision I can pull out to show that the devs dont always go with the community(based on the threads this issue popped up when it hit).
Remember how the daily focus of a settlement like "festival & games" was always running while at the same time building back in the day, then poofgone no more, now you need to have focus on it, or build, and not get any passive boost at the same time.
Many players didnt enjoy this change(I dont mind it per se, but it kind of means we need to micromanage abit more than we should, specially irritating when the fief is 7 days 1 way from the frontlines, and then going back to frontlines takes you 7 days again..)

Yeah in 1.6.2 for me too. Spend 1k+ on daily wage to force everyone to eat again and give steward skill

I've taken it for being just that by this time.

I mean its been reported so long ago to start out with so yah.

I'd just wish they where quicker to say "its not as intended" but we dont know how to fix it yet or "this is as intended".

I personally see it as a "penalty" to the players(atleast in the early game) as a tax for savescumming.
Late game this can be exploited though, as you can have higher income than expenditure and thus you'll rake in denars just from savescumming..
