1.5.0 Death needs a rebalance

I love the concept of characters dying in this game, but the current system could use a rebalance in my opinion. During my latest play through in 1.5.0, my companions have been dropping like flies. After joining my party, my brother died within the first my, my surgeon with 120 medicine died in the first week, my future spouse died in between my character convincing her to marry me and tracking down the leader of her clan to get his approval. Any companion I get usually doesn't last more than a month unless I keep them away from combat. This basically forces me to make any companion I want to keep use a bow or make them a governor/send them on quests to keep them out of my party. Any companion I have that engages in melee combat, even though we win almost every single engagement, dies. The choice for companions are growing thin in my current play-through because any companions worth getting die and take a very long time to replace. I don't take my new wife or my siblings into my party for fear of them dying. I think that its okay for them to randomly die in battle every now and then, but at the current rate I cannot use my companions to their full potential.

I second this motion. I buried four companions in just a few months. They need to dial that back or make more developed companions available at the taverns.

I dont like the Death for that reason and wont turn it on.. I think they should go retire at a farm or something LOL ..
