Summary: I just won a big battle (300 vs 500) near Jamayeh (Aserai) against Judira (Noble) and released her right after the fight.
Instead of getting a relation boost like in previous versions, the game decided to change the relation from 0 to -9. Not sure if this is intended, hence the report here.
The fight was on the nearby village map (Jamayeh) and I joined an already ongoing battle with an ally of the same faction. Maybe this has something to do with it.
Edit: The relation drop also happen after "normal" battles.

Btw, the map has floating buildings on top of a hill.

I am using an older save from 1.4.3 beta.

How to Reproduce: Release enemy lords (of any faction?) after a fight and check relation loss. And/or fight near a village (use the village map to fight).

Forwarding this issue to the QA team for further investigation. Thanks for reporting. In the meantime, can you share your save files? You can upload it at upload.taleworlds.com. Please paste the link to this thread in the description box on the upload website so I can identify it.

Just uploaded a save file. There is a bigger party nearby for testing.

Some lords in warband gave you positive relations and some gave you negative relations, depending on their personality. Maybe it's this?

Thanks for the info. I will take a look at it. Do you know if it is caused by a negative trait?

I don't think bannerlord has this mechanics at least before 1.4.3. I should be a bug. The trait system is currently not implemented well.
