Resolved [1.4] Quyaz "broken"

Summary: Started a new campaign with Patch 1.4 and the game crashes each time i try to enter Quayz in 3D-mode.
How to Reproduce: Happens every time I try to enter 3D-mode either by clicking a vendors portraits and try to talk to him, or by "taking a walk", or by entering the tavern (the tavern itself works) and try to left it through the door.
Quest/Settlement Name (if related): Only Quayz by now

Hi, can you try verifying your game files through Steam?

The same errors occurred also on other occasions by the meantime (e.g. entering steppe bandit hideouts or entering some villages). So i made a complete reinstall, which seems to solve the problem.
