In Progress [1.4.3] I am able to capture and slay Nogand

Summary: My brother wants to fight me because of a misunderstanding!
How to Reproduce:

• Active quest: Assemble the Dragon Banner, as well as Create/Support a non-imperial / an imperial Kingdom
• Create a new party from the Clan menu with Nogand as the party leader (image)
• Find and talk to Nogand (image)
• Select "About the task you gave me..." (image)
• Select "I am still trying to decide what to do..." (image)
• Now you have your battle against your own brother (image)
• You can even take him as prisoner (image)
• and execute him (image)

I don't think you can reproduce this issue with other companions, unless you have an active quest with them, I guess.

Weird. This may be a result of when they fixed that siege bug where the defenders would join the attacking side since you're being weirdly attacked by an ally.
