Need More Info 1.4.2 - Game froze up and now permanently stutters

I am using 1.4.2. Have 14 mods installed. Played for a week with mods before starting a new game. Played for an entire day today and then the game suddenly froze. I waited for a bit and there was some motion blur animation of me moving across map in slow motion before freezing again. Then another wait before a little motion before freezing. So it was basically a cycle of freezing and then some slow blurred animation. I eventually got out of the game by using the menu to exit. I noticed that things in my desktop now had the same problem so I rebooted my computer. After the reboot Windows 10 seemed to work fine. I tried running some other apps, like media player and web browser and everything seemed fine. So I launched Bannerlord to play. After I got into the game things seemed to be slow to respond compared to usual. I joined a tournament straight away and noticed that the game was stuttering and also that the animation was being blurred when I slightly turned even a little. I also noticed that my character ran faster. I also noticed that my attacks would often look like they were meant to hit things but instead go right through them and do nothing. I tried to turn down performance settings but it didn't help. I wish there was a 'Default' button... So now the game stutters and the feel of everything is just very off. Is there any advice on how I can fix this? Thanks.

EDIT: My PC is 6 months old and I have 16GB RAM and Geforce RTX 2060 Super

Hi, please try disabling all mods, verifying your game files, and recreating the same issue on a new campaign without any mods. If the issue still persists, please send us the documents starting with "rgl_log" and "rgl_log_errors" in the following directory: "C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\logs" and the "engine_config.txt" file at "C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs".
