1.4.1 Constantly Crashing on World Map

Since the update my existing games constantly crash when moving on the world map. Doesn't seem to matter what I do, within less than a minute of moving on the map it crashes. Anyone else having this issue?

I have; only it's on 1.4.0, the world map crashing started only yesterday, before that everything ran smoothly without trouble.

Yep, same here. keep's crashing if i'm riding around, in a village, in a city. Thought it was due to the conspiracy quest updating, but its not, thought it was due to waiting in a city to heal, wasn't.
Could be due to character healing, I usually don't get hurt in battles as i'm not a first in sort of leader and usually end battles having only fired a few arrows, so first time i've been injured in a while, played fine after update and before being injured? possible..
Also seems random, but I can't think of anything else going on it might be associated with.

It's not due to healing, after saving, reloading, saving reloading my entire party and companions, myself included are all at 100% health, still crashing on world map randomly.
