hmm, well they could force militia to dye of starvation long before hitting Garrisons.... They could also strengthen the "retirement" debuff to counter act it a bit. Or instead of dealing with floating numbers, just add a more restrictive cap towards it.I can confirm. There's no big enough debuff to stop it and I saw castles with 2k militia and growing.

I was giving ideas and got hardly misinterpreted by you... I've said, force them to die out of starvation, and make retirement debuff stronger to prevent more spawns, increase retirement + kill them out of starvation once the town gets food issues before the soldiers, like the disposable trash they are, just make them the first line of starvation. I'm talking about new games, you're not supposed to keep using your ****ed up save.Maybe I should be more precise. Even if there's debuff giving -x value to militia growth it won't do a thing cause this system doesn't work. Militia drops only when killed in battle.

I highly doubt that, because it means they've fiddled with the code governing it, it could be a typo or a mistake by a coder, but maybe they've felt it needed a buff, went with that without thinking about ways of curbing the underlying issues.Ok sorry for misinterpretation. Still +100 militia from Castellan wasn't added on purpose I think.
Not seeing such growth in towns, which has got to mean it's some value screwed up with the castellan. Perhaps a decimal error... what meant to be +10.0 became +100.0 ... ? lol
It would be best to post bugs in the support forums for them to get quicker notice.![]()
This can't be normal. 880 militia in my castle, provided with daily +100 per day through the Castallan's office.
Now, all my castles have average 1,300 militia. (Sort of awesome lol)
