1.3.0 lord defect price

i convinced a lord (ilatar) who owns one city and nothing else to join me and I ended up not being able to buy him out because offering him everything in my inventory as well as 1.5 million denars barter bar still isn't even at half. What is going on now

Yea,i saw that,also after unlocking Trade Fiefs perk the prices of cityes is to high now. before an simple caste price was around 100-150k and a city price was around 250-300k now event 2.5 milion is not enough for one city.

Same thing happening here.
Which makes it even weirder considering that before the patch, I could convince a lord to defect for 200/300K on average, and I wasn't seeing many defecting lords generally speaking from the AI side.
Now it seems to be a defecting spree... they even switch back and forth to the same two factions... there should be a limit to how many times you can betray the same lord....... why would he want you back at that point...

I do understand that all of this will probably change and work together with the executions once we've got new lords spawning and replacing old ones, but this still seems to be a mess right now.
