Anyone know if there is a list of changes with the new patches.  I just got 1.125 a week or two ago.  Is it really worth an upgrade?

right smack on the first page at www.taleworlds.com

as it would be the place to look

No, they released an update because they felt like it and had nothing better to do. Give me a break.

Klarum - thanks... kind of...

Dortmund - Really?  Do you go out of your way to be a douchebag? There are loads of games that people skip downloading the patches for because they suck or cause certain annoying bugs or hardware conflicts.  They just skip that patch and wait for the next one.

Yes but then people would never play.
(I've not played much since 3 weeks after release, waiting on a good patch )

Idiot remark?

Every so often a patch -needs- a hotfix, or it's unplayable. So a viable question.

Don't make dumb posts. Take a break yourself, and get real.

Are there no more cattle in 1.26? I just got the quest from Chaeza, ... I've looked in Dumar, Epeshe, Dirigsene, Fedner, Nomar, Yaragar, Ruluns, Ibiran, Pagundur, Serindiar, Sarimish, Emer, Buvran, and Ruldi, and have only found 3/8 cattle :X....

Aliens got 'em ...

Add Ibdeles, Chelez, Jamiche, Saren, Emirin, Yalibe, and Tshibtin... I still haven't found 8 cattle! OMGZ O_O...

When i finally do find them this is going to be a loonnnggg herd :S...

I checked another 6 villages without finding any... Then at Veidar I finally found 83 cattle !....Jeesh this wasn't a very worthwhile quest .

levache, have you done several cattle quests in that region before? Problem is that when you accept a cattle quest the village giving the quest loses its herd and then has to restart it with the few cattle you bring. And at least in my game the herds don't seem to be regenerating at all.

Few weeks ago I've read some people claiming that towards the endgame dried meat (and maybe butter and cheese too) become very rare. Maybe that's because of cattle quests (and maybe looting) drying up the herds in lots of villages thus leading to a huge shortage.

Yes, I've done the quest many times. Usually I only have to check 2-3 other villages... And in my game (day ~1200), dairy products/dried meat etc is both rare and expensive. Especially around veluca now... I'm thinking of starting to trade it out the north... The Nord herds seem to be healthy, all the Rhodok ones must be gone becauseI keep doing the quest.

I think this should be considered a bug. Why don't the devs switch it so that if they have cattle already it gives you the grain quest (which is very rare atm) instead ?.

Good suggestion, not sure if the new patch resolves anything (fact is I'm kinda afraid to update incase its brings further bugs ) but 1.125 town/village prosperity is totally screwed up, day 1100 and it's like the black plague just swept through Calderia.

I agree that it's a bug. I've reported it yesterday or the day before. Essentially by accepting the cattle quest one cripples the economy of the village he chooses to help and creates a permanent shortage of derivative products of cattle in the village and the town it belongs to. Quite weird.

Luckily I only did the cattle quest at one village in the region I have my own kingdom in but that missing herd has already created a constant dried meat shortage in Wercheg. I've decided not to accept any cattle quests at any villages any more except for this one village which is screwed already anyhow unfortunately. At least it allowed me to push my relations to 91 with them mostly through cattle quests. They give me the quest once every two weeks or so and then linger around with the 5-9 cattle I brought them the last time till they offer the quest again. I've never ever seen their herd rise in number not even by 1 single cattle automatically despite the village constantly being rich or very rich. Same goes for the villages I buy the cattle from. Their herd seemingly never increases.

Btw here is my bug report:

Please feel free to add your own experiences there to grab the attention of the developers. Thank you.

They finally started fixing typos too. Not all are gone however. I figured that once they got around to such low-priority stuff that would mean the game is finally "ready", although a few issues seem to persist.
Any word on prison breaks yet?

I ask myself, why don't they allow a few of the most "stable, wise and willing" people on the boards here to help them out.
They could help with removing bugs, typo's and other stuff. While the dev's work on improving game experience of adding new content/missing features.

You seem oblivious of the whole question of copyright, intellectual property and working contracts.

What you describe would be possible with open-source software. Mount and Blade isn't.

Wow, they really nerfed the Rhodoks. Sharpshooters are now tier 5 and at double cost to maintain. I may have to rethink my faction alignment.

Seriously, what is your issue... are you post stalking/trolling me for disagreeing with you... pff

You don't quite get what I'm aiming for, but the essence is: volunteer team working, next to the dev's.
