1.101 - 1.102 BUG: Hero being taken as prisoner after siege

My friend was running his own kingdom, so he sieged a castle and put one of his heroes in it, after a while the castle got sieged by an enemy faction and the hero in question was taken prisoner, the hero escaped and these error messages kept popping up every 2 seconds

This has rendered his game impossible to play, hope the developers will fix this bug..
