Resolved [1.10] Healer companions missing?

Not sure if this is just me, but I haven't seen a single healer companion since switching to beta. Anyone else?

Not a first thread or comment I see on this issue. So it's 100% not only you.

But the bigger problem is that most companions are useless, as they are realized right now, including healers.

At the end of the first comment I wrote about useful mods for solving at least part of the problem.

They are present in 1.1.0 Beta, 100%. I have a suregon in my party as we speak. Travel around the map and check every tavern. Look for surgeon/willowbark/healer nicknames.

What is probably bugged is the location indicator tied to the in-game Encyclopedia. For me it does not show the valid location of any of the characters and does not seem to update either.

they do exist, but it takes time to find them, and right now the problem is not everyone but just part of all the wanderers would be listed out in the encylopedia when you first start the game
