Resolved [1.1] [Xbox Series S] Changes to keyboard binds do not save on console SINCE RELEASE without fix

Summary: All changes to keybinds disappear after opening the game again or exiting and reloading the game.
How to Reproduce: Try and change a keybind, exit game and check keybinds. All changes disappeared.
Have you used cheats and if so which: No.
Scene Name (if related): All scenarios changes do not save.
Media (Screenshots & Video): Not necessary.
